Google for Education is offering Scottish schools a 60-minute, interactive Chromebook Discovery session that will allow your school staff to discover why chromebooks are a powerful choice in a Learning and Teaching context.

Our Chromebook Team is made up of Google Certified Educators from across Scotland. As Educators themselves, they will help your staff discover why Chromebooks are a top choice for educators all over the world.

You can book a visit from our Chromebook Team, take part in our timed Digital Escape Room and join other Scottish schools on our interactive leaderboard.

Discover the incredible features of the Chromebook in the context of Glow, CfE and Scottish education. There will be an education-focused demo from our team and then a fun Digital Escape Room challenge for your staff to get hands-on with the Chromebooks whilst participating in friendly competition.

In the past, our approach with devices was basically bring your own. All of a sudden we were confronted with the fact that a good number of students simply didn’t have a device they could use for school.

In a remote rural authority like Highland, that’s going to enable people to stay, at a time when many of our islands have declining populations. We’re educating and empowering our pupils to work anywhere—but especially, here in their communities.”
